How can I find out when and how I last contacted a contact in the Contact module?

Check the Last Contacted On field in the Details View of the contact record to see the date you last contacted the contact. To find out how you contacted them (e.g., via email or SMS), check the Last Contacted Via field, which shows the communication channel and Source used for the interaction.
