How do I display the CRM user’s name or email in a Quote template in Vtiger?

In Vtiger, the CRM user linked to a Quote is shown in the Assigned To field. You can use this field to automatically insert the user’s details—such as their name or email address into your Quote templates or emails.
Use the following merge tags to include user details:
  • Assigned To:(Users)Username – Displays the CRM user’s name.
  • Assigned To:(Users)Primary Email – Displays the CRM user’s email address.
These tags help personalize your Quote templates and ensure the correct user information appears automatically.
