How do I set a PDF template as the default for Quotes?

Follow these steps to set a PDF template as the default for Quotes:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click the main Menu.
  3. Go to Sales > Sales Enablement.
  4. Click Print Templates. A List View of Print Templates opens.
  5. Hover over the template you want to set as the default.
  6. Click Default.
Once applied, this template will automatically be used when printing Quotes, ensuring consistent document formatting.
