How do I change the unsubscribe interface that customers see when they click to unsubscribe?

Follow these steps to edit the Unsubscribe link in your email template:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Go to the main Menu.
  3. Navigate to Marketing > Marketing Enablement > Email Templates.
  4. Select the desired email template.  
  5. Edit the Unsubscribe link text and URL as needed.
  6. Click Preview to review the changes made.
  7. Click Save to save the template after editing.
