Defective Stock increases when damaged or faulty units are identified through audits, returns, or approved stock adjustments.
You need to manually adjust the stock from the respective product record.
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to the Main Menu.
- Select Products under the Inventory app.
- Select the product record to adjust the stock. The Summary View opens.
- Click Adjust Stock in the top-right corner.
- Choose Defective Stock value in the Value to Adjust field.
- Enter the reason.
- Click Save.
