What does the Apply to all sections option in the Item Details block do when Individual Tax mode is selected?

The Apply to all sections option allows you to apply the same tax percentage to all line items where that tax is enabled.
When using Individual Tax mode, taxes are calculated separately for each line item.
If you change the tax percentage for one item, the system displays the Apply to all sections option. Selecting it automatically updates the same tax percentage across all applicable line items in the record.
