Adding a group mailbox
Follow these steps to set up a group mailbox:
Follow these steps to set up a group mailbox:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Select Essentials.
- Click Inbox.
- Click Get Started.
- Click Add Group Mailbox.
- Enter the following details for your group mailbox:
- Mailbox address
- Mailbox name
- Users or teams who must have access to the mailbox
- Password
- Yes: Group mailbox is password protected
- No: Group mailbox and aliases (or virtual mailboxes) do not have a password
- Checkbox: Mark incoming emails as private by default
- BCC address
- Click Save.
