My Mailbox is a part of the Inbox feature. It is your personal mailbox set up under your email ID in the CRM. It allows you to receive emails from different service providers to your personal email ID in the CRM.
To send and receive emails, you need to set up the My Mailbox (with your personal email ID) using the following methods:
- Auto-forwarding emails
- Two-way sync
