Follow these steps to set up the auto-forwarding option:
- Copy mailroom address.
- Go to client email.
- Click on Settings.
- Go to forwarding and POP/IMAP settings.
- Add auto-forwarding mailroom address: This will send a verification email to the mailroom address.
- Go to the mailroom.
- Open Sent email
- Copy the link that appears in the window and paste it in a new tab.
- Click on Confirm button.
- Navigate to email settings and refresh the page.
Now, it shows the mailroom address as an auto-forwarding address, and click on Save.
