Note: The Vtiger Enrich Chrome extension has been temporarily removed from the Chrome Web Store. This change was made as part of our effort to ensure full alignment with LinkedIn’s platform policies and terms of use. We are working with LinkedIn to explore an approved, API-based integration path that delivers a secure and compliant experience.
Vtiger Editions:
LinkedIn is one of the most effective ways to network with people, including coworkers, potential employees, and business contacts. If you have a LinkedIn account and you are a Vtiger CRM user, then it’s time to integrate both via Vtiger Enrich.
Vtiger Enrich is a Chrome extension that allows you to create and edit contacts through LinkedIn. You can use Vtiger Enrich as a lead generation tool to turn interesting new LinkedIn profiles into CRM Contacts. You can later track, monitor, and engage them from Vtiger CRM.
Note: Vtiger Enrich was developed independently by Vtiger CRM and is not associated with LinkedIn Corporation.
With Vtiger Enrich, you can:

Note:
Follow these steps to add the LinkedIn Add-on to the CRM.
The LinkedIn Add-on will be installed successfully in the CRM, and your account will be automatically billed.
Note: If DUX-SOUP (lead generation tool) is switched on, then Vtiger Enrich will not work.
Once you log in to your LinkedIn account, you can see the green Vtiger Enrich icon in the top right corner. To get started, all you have to do is click the icon and enter your Vtiger credentials to log in.
After logging in, you can add contacts through any of these ways:
When you are on any one of the above pages, you will see the Vtiger Enrich window on the right.
A matching contact is one that is already present in your CRM account. When you find a contact through any of the ways above, Vtiger Enrich first attempts to match it with existing CRM contacts by comparing LinkedIn fields with Vtiger’s contact fields.
Vtiger Enrich tries to match the fields in the following order:
CRM contacts are displayed based on the match. You can either update the matching record or create a new one altogether. This helps in avoiding duplicate records in the CRM.
Note: If you don’t wish to see matching records, you can enable the checkbox present at the bottom of the window. This displays connections that are not your CRM contacts.
Whether you find a matching contact or not, you can always add a new contact from a LinkedIn profile.
With your contact now in Vtiger, you’re all set to nurture it and win the deal!
Note: You can also create an organization while creating a contact. Click the Create New Org under the Organization Name field to do so!
Consider there’s a contact in the CRM whose details are limited or outdated. You can easily replace the existing details or add new details using the contact’s LinkedIn profile.
When you are looking for contacts in the Connections page (under My Network) or People Search, you can do the following in Enrich:
Note: The Source field of all the CRM contacts created through Enrich will be set to LINKEDIN by default. This helps while tracking the contacts created or imported from LinkedIn.
You can schedule a meeting or a reminder from Enrich.
Note: Vtiger Enrich is also available in Sales Navigator, an app available in LinkedIn’s Premium subscription. Enrich in Sales Navigator is a boon for sales reps, and it performs all the same functionalities.
