Vtiger’s Sales Dashboard provides different views for sales reps and sales managers. With the Dashboard, you can:
Vtiger CRM provides two default dashboards:
Widget Name | Description |
Deal win rate | Percentage of open deals that were won (marked as ‘Closed Won’) by you, along with the name of the sales rep with the highest percentage |
Follow-ups per Lead | Average number of follow-ups done by you on contacts in the Sales Qualified stage, along with the name of the sales rep with the highest number of follow-ups |
Lead First follow-up time | Average number of hours you took to send the first response to a contact in the Sales Qualified stage, along with the name of the sales rep with the best first response time |
Average sales cycle | The average time taken to close all the deals in the selected period |
Leads funnel | Number of contacts assigned to you with the contact type in the leads funnel |
Deals created | Number of deals created in the selected period |
Weighted revenue of deals | Sum of weighted revenues of all your deals open in the selected period |
Product sales | Top deals along with products sold during the selected period |
Sales funnel | Number of deals in each sales stage of the selected pipeline, in the selected period |
Closed sales | Number of deals closed in the selected period |
Average sale value | Average deal amount for deals closed in the selected period |
Activity daily count for this month | Count of activities performed by the sales team on a daily basis in the selected period |

Lead conversion by Source | Conversion percentage of leads created during the specified period for each lead source |
Lead conversion by Owner | Conversion percentage of leads assigned during the specified period to different owners |

You can add four types of widgets to your dashboard – Standard Widgets, Mini List, Pin Chart, and Notepad. Read further to learn how.
Standard widgets are pre-built widgets that pull and display data automatically for you. For example, the History widget gives you a summary of your actions – when you create, update, or delete something on Vtiger.
Note: You can add new widgets on the go by using the +Add widget button.
