Note: If you encounter issues authenticating your Google email account or notice that schedulers are not running automatically, it may be due to using the same Google email address across multiple Vtiger instances (WS or .com). 

Google restricts multiple simultaneous authentications for security reasons, which can prevent proper syncing and automation. Follow these steps to restore access:

  1. Open your Google Account Settings.
  2. Go to Security > Third-party apps with account access.
  3. Locate Vtiger in the list and remove all associated connections.
  4. Return to your Vtiger instance and re-authenticate your Google email account.

After revoking and reconnecting, authentication should work normally, and schedulers will resume functioning automatically.
