Enhancements
Calculus AI
Prompts can now receive AI suggestions (in Prompt Response) for follow-up actions.
This will help the customers continue the conversation and will provide you with at least 3 most likely follow-up actions that you can take (related to the customer conversation).
The system displays Customer prompts and possible actions. Consider the examples below:
Customer Prompts (covered in Chatflows)
Recent Order
Open Cases
Create a case
Nearby locations
Price Quote
Place an Order
Customer Prompts for ECS contacts (based on their query, you can add buttons that will open the appropriate page on their CRM instance)
Create Webform
Customer instance URL/webforms
Create Workflow
Add Custom Field
Create Email Sequence
The system displays suggested actions below the prompt response for you.
Possible actions
Call the contact in 5 days
Add Reminder
Draft a follow-up mail > Draft Email
Send follow-up email > Send Email
Connect via SMS > Send SMS
Connect via WhatsApp > Send WhatsApp Message
Schedule a meeting with the contact > Send Email
Send a document >Send Document (should include email content with the document link)
Global Country Picklist
The following countries are now available as options in the Global Country Picklist:
Suriname - SR
Laos - LA
Eswatini (formerly known as Swaziland) - SZ
Partner Portal
The following enhancements have been made to the Partner Portal > Log a meeting feature.
The Log a Meeting button will now be available as Create Event in the Contacts and Deals page.
The Calendar module is available as a separate module in the Partner Portal.
Partners can add a title for your meeting with the Meeting Title field. Other fields available are Activity Type, Location, Priority, and Meeting Notes.
Partners will also be able to change the status of the event.
The Events module will be displayed in the partner contact-related modules.
Phonecalls Module
The Handled By option is now available while creating a workflow in the Process Designer for phone calls.
The Handled By field will let you assign a user to a task, such as creating a record. If this field is empty, then the record will be assigned to the CRM user mentioned in the Assigned to field of the Phonecall record.

Calculus AI for Sheets
Calculus AI is available as an Add-on for Sheets and will assist you in writing quicker and faster responses to your RFPs.
With AI in your sheets, you can:
Draft quick summaries
Generate smart suggestions directly from your spreadsheet
Send a prompt from one cell to Calculus AI and automatically receive its response in another cell, saving time and reducing manual effort.
Outbound call pop-up windows will display call details for agents. This is similar to incoming phone call pop-ups that display details to customers.
This is available for Ozonetel and Smarflo gateways.
Quotes
You can now quickly add or insert a Product/Service row from each existing row in the Quote > Item Details section.
This function will let you add a new item at a desired location without using the drag-and-drop option.
Hovering over the line item row displays the + icon. Clicking this will give you the option of adding a row for a Product or a Service, or adding an entire section. A new row will be added below the current one.
