Live Chats
You now store Tracker Name information in Chat Transcript records.
Are you using two trackers in Websense? Then, you can enable the Tracker field in the Transcript record and store Tracker names. This will help you view the number of chats that occurred from each tracker. And if these trackers are installed on two different websites, it will give you information about the number of chats that are occurring on different websites.
You can use the Tracker name:
To Filter and search for records.
In Workflows. If you create a workflow for the Live Chats module where you are creating a Case from a Chat, the Transcript name will be copied to the Case record field.
Products Module
Changes you have made to the GST/Tax fields (CGST %, SGST %, IGST %) in the Products module will now be tracked for each record.
Changes made to GST/Tax values are now displayed in the Updates tab.
This will help you track historical changes to tax values. It will also bring clarity during audits and product pricing validation.
Record Detail View
The navigation panel on the left side is now available in the Record Detail View.
This helps you navigate records with grouped information, especially for records with multiple blocks, efficiently. It reduces scrolling and helps quickly locate relevant information.
Scheduled Reports
Page Layout Orientation option for PDF format.
When creating a scheduled report, provide users with the option to select a landscape or portrait PDF format.
This Orientation field is available below the File Format drop-down, with the default being the Portrait mode.
