You can change the category of a service record by going to its Deep Dive View.
Follow these steps to change a service's category:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to Inventory.
- Click Services. You will land on the List View of Services.
- Select and open the service whose category you want to modify.
- Click Deep Dive.
- Look for the Category field.
- Select your desired category from the picklist.
- Click Save.
