How does the system keep track of my assigned products or services?

Vtiger CRM stores details about your assigned products or services in its Inventory Module or Service Management tools, keeping track of your usage, history, and any applicable warranties or renewals.
Follow the below steps to access Products or Services module:
  1. Log into Vtiger CRM.
  2. Go to the Main Menu.
  3. Click Inventory tab.
  4. Click Products/Services.
