Follow the steps below to delete a sales order:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to the main Menu.
- Navigate to Inventory > Sales Orders. The Sales Orders List View opens.
- Select the sales order you want to delete.
- In the Summary View, click the three-dot icon.
- Select Delete icon.
- A confirmation pop-up appears asking if you want to delete the record.
- Click Yes, Delete.
A message will be displayed confirming that the deletion was successful.
