How do I create a subscription from a Service?

The Subscriptions module in Vtiger CRM automates invoice generation and payment processing for subscription-based services. You can also generate a subscription record for the services you provide.
Follow these steps to generate a subscription:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Click the main Menu.
  3. Go to Inventory.
  4. Select Services. The Services page opens.
  5. Hover and click to open the Service record for which you want to generate a Subscription.
  6. Click More.
  7. Go to the Add or Link section.
  8. Select Subscriptions. The Creating Subscription window opens.
  9. Enter or select information for the following sections:
    1. Subscription Information
    2. Address Details
    3. Terms & Conditions
    4. Description Details
    5. Item Details
  10. Click Save.
The newly created subscription will be available in the Sales Ops widget of the Summary view in the Service record.
