How do I add or remove items from a picklist (drop-down field)?

You can add or remove items from a picklist by going to the Picklist Field Values setting.
Follow these steps to modify picklist items:

- Click your display picture on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Select Picklist Field Values under Configuration.
- Select the module for which you want to edit the picklist field(s) from the Select Module drop-down.
- Select the picklist that you want to edit. The list of values in the selected picklist will be displayed.
- You can perform these actions on a picklist item:
- Click the Edit icon to edit a value.
- Click the Delete icon to delete a value.
- Add a new value by following these steps.
- Click +Add Value to add a picklist item.
- Enter the picklist item value.
- Pick a color for the value.
- Click Save.
- Sort the picklist items in alphabetical order by using the option beside +Add Value.
Note: You can edit picklist items only if you are an Admin user.
