Yes, follow these steps to add a credit note from the
New button in invoices:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to the Inventory tab.
- Select the Invoices module.
- Open any invoice.
- In the Summary View, click the +New button on the right-hand side top corner of the screen.
- Click the Add or Create button.
- Click on Credit Notes.
- Enter all the necessary details.
- Click Save to create the credit note.
- Click Save and Continue to add more information.
This newly created credit note is linked to the selected invoice and will be visible in the Summary View of the invoice record.
