Can I export cases from the customer portal?

Yes, you can filter cases by status and export them.

Follow these steps to filter and export cases:
  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Click Cases on the menu.
  3. Click the drop-down on top of the case list to filter cases based on their status.
  4. Click the Export button to export the cases from the current list.
Cases are exported in file with .csv format.
