Where can I find the customer portal's 'login details' and 'forgot password' emails?

Follow these steps to find the email templates:
  1. Click the Main Menu.
  2. Go to the Tools tab.
  3. Select Email Templates.
  4. Select Template Name from the dropdown on the left.
  5. Type 'login details' or 'forgot password' in the search bar to find the templates.
