How can I view my responses to customer comments in the record created via the Customer Portal?
To view replies to customer comments in the record added through the Customer Portal:
- Log in to your CRM account.
- Click the Main Menu.
- Go to the respective module (e.g., Cases, Deals, Contacts). The List View of the module opens.
- Open the record created by the partner. The Summary View of the record opens.
- Go to the Activity section in the Summary View.
- View the reply made to the customer’s comment, which will also be visible in the Customer Portal.
