How do I reopen a closed record?

After you close a record, you will see a message that reads “Would you like to re-open the record?” on the record’s Summary View. 
Follow these steps to re-open a closed record:

  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Select a module from one of the apps.
  4. Select a record (that is closed).
  5. Click the Re-open button on the Summary View.

The Re-open button is located in the header section of the Summary View.

Here is an example of Invoices for reopening closed records.
Follow these steps to re-open a closed invoice:

  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the Main Menu.
  3. Go to Inventory.
  4. Select Invoices.
    • You will land on the List View of Invoices.
  5. Select an invoice (that is closed).
  6. Click the Re-open button on the Summary View.
    • The Re-open button is located above the invoice preview.
