You have to make sure you have these two mandatory prerequisites configured:
- Create a DocuSign account
You must first create an account with DocuSign before integrating it with Esign Documents in Vtiger.

- Configure DocuSign account in Esign Documents
After you create an account with DocuSign, enter your credentials and configure your DocuSign account in Vtiger’s Esign Documents. This will enable you to send the documents to your signees for signatures.
