How can I send an email notification to the user when a Service Contract is signed from Docusign?

Follow these steps to send an email notification to the user when a Service Contract is signed from DocuSign:
  1. Click the User Menu icon on the top right corner of the page.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select Workflows under Automation.
  4. Click +New Workflow.
  5. Select Service Contracts from Target Module.
  6. Click Service Contracts updated (Includes Creation) radio button in Trigger workflow on section.
  7. Add an All Condition under Entry Criteria,
    1. Status is changed 
  8. Click Send Mail from Add Action under Actions.
  9. Create an Email Template.
  10. Click Save.
