Follow these steps to send an email notification to the user when a Service Contract is signed from DocuSign:
- Click the User Menu icon on the top right corner of the page.
- Click Settings.
- Select Workflows under Automation.
- Click +New Workflow.
- Select Service Contracts from Target Module.
- Click Service Contracts updated (Includes Creation) radio button in Trigger workflow on section.
- Add an All Condition under Entry Criteria,
- Status is changed
- Click Send Mail from Add Action under Actions.
- Create an Email Template.
- Click Save.
