If the Edit permission for Approvals module is disabled for your role or profile, then you encounter a Permission Denied error. In this case, you cannot approve records.
To be able to approve records, please contact the CRM admin. You must get the Edit permission on the Approvals module for the role or profile assigned to you.

Admin users can follow these steps to enable Edit permission:
- Click the Main Menu.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Profiles under User Management.
- Select the profile related to the user who is unable to approve.
- Look for Approvals module under the Other Modules section.
- Enable edit permission by enabling the checkbox under the Edit column.
- Click Save.
