I am viewing a job in the Running status in the Scheduler. Why is that?

Normally, a job will be in Active (the job is enabled) or Inactive (the job is disabled) status. 
But if the Scheduler is currently executing a job, then the job status is changed to Running. After the execution is complete, switches back to Active status. All of this happens in a split second.
