How do I access Website Score for a Contact?

Once all the settings are configured, you can do the following to access Website Score for a Contact:
  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Go to Contacts.
  3. Click any record. The Summary View of the record opens.
  4. Click the One View widget on the right side.
  5. Select Web Activity Metrics
  6. Here, you will find the following information:
    1. Activity Score
    2. Last Seen
    3. Total page visited
    4. Total events performed
  7. Click More to find Web Activity Engagement details and Activity Timeline.
