Yes, you can do this with the help of Workflows. When leads are generated through a webform on your website, you can send them an automated thank-you note by setting up a workflow.
Follow these steps to set up a workflow email autoresponder: 
- Log in to your CRM account.
 	- Click the User Profile on the top right corner of the CRM screen.
 	- Click Settings.
 	- Look for the Automation section.
 	- Select Workflows.
 	- Click the +New Workflow button.
 	- Select the Standard option.

 	- Click the Lead creation radio button under Workflow Trigger.
 	- Add Condition as Source is Website.
