How do I create an Autoresponder email to send to leads after Webform submission?

Yes, you can do this with the help of Workflows. When leads are generated through a webform on your website, you can send them an automated thank-you note by setting up a workflow.

Follow these steps to set up a workflow email autoresponder: ​
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the User Profile on the top right corner of the CRM screen.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Look for the Automation section.
  5. Select Workflows.
  6. Click the +New Workflow button.
  7. Select the Standard option.

  8. Select Leads as the Target Module.
  9. Click the Lead creation radio button under Workflow Trigger.
  10. Add Condition as Source is Website.
  11. Click the Add Action drop-down under Actions.
  12. Select Send Mail.
