How do I access Website Score for a Contact?
Once all the settings are configured, you can do the following to access Website Score for a Contact:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to Contacts.
- Click any record. The Summary View of the record opens.
- Click the One View widget on the right side.
- Select Web Activity Metrics.
- Here, you will find the following information:
- Activity Score
- Last Seen
- Total page visited
- Total events performed
- Click More to find Web Activity Engagement details and Activity Timeline.
