If documents uploaded by a user are not visible to others, check the Sharing Rules Settings. Ensure the documents are set to
Public so that all relevant users can view them.
Follow these steps to set the documents to the Public:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Click the User Menu.
- Click Settings. The Settings page opens.
- Go to User Management > Sharing Rules. The Sharing Rules page opens.
- Go to the Document Module.
- Enable the Record Level Access.
