Can I format text while adding comments in the Partner Portal?

In the Partner Portal, you can add detailed comments to a Case using rich text formatting options such as Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, text size, bullet points, indentation, and links (add or remove). You can also insert images and tables directly into the comment box. Additionally, the Partner Portal allows you to attach files like PDFs, spreadsheets, Word documents, and images to your comments.
