How can I share a quote?

You can share a quote in two ways, as a link or as an attachment.
 
  • As a link. Follow these steps to share the quote as a link:
  1. Click the Sales tab. 
  2. Select the Quotes module.
  3. Open a quote record.
  4. Click New button in the Summary View.
  5. Click Share.
  6. Click Share as link.
  7. A mail compose window opens with the Quote link.
  8. Enter the recipient's details and click Send.
  • As an attachment. Follow these steps to share the quote as an attachment:
  1. Click on Sales tab. 
  2. Select Quotes module.
  3. Click New button in the Summary View.
  4. Click Share.
  5. Click Share as attachment.
  6. A mail compose window opens with the Quote attachment.
  7. Enter the recipient's details and click Send.
