How can I set up auto-forwarding in the inbox?

Setting up auto-forwarding in the inbox
Auto-forwarding or one-way sync brings emails from your email client into Vtiger CRM. Emails forwarded from your email client come into Vtiger CRM through Mailroom.

You can set up auto-forwarding from Inbox and Mailroom.

Follow these steps to set up auto-forwarding from Inbox:
  1. Click Main Menu.
  2. Select Essentials.
  3. Click Inbox.
  4. Click Get Started.
  5. Click Set Up My Mailbox.
  6. Choose Forward incoming emails and CC Vtiger address on outgoing emails.
  7. Click Proceed.
  8. Enter the following details:
    1. Email address in the Address field.
    2. Your BCC email address under Add BCC address for replies field(optional)
  9. Click the checkbox to mark incoming emails as private by default(optional).
10. Click Save.

After this setup, you must verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to it and set up auto-forwarding in your email client.
