What is the forecast and quota module?

Forecasts and quotas represent the sales goals set for a sales team and those set for each team member. You can set forecasts and quotas for a given financial period, say a month, quarter, or year.

You can view to Forecast and Quota by going to Sales  > Forecast and Quota.

A user can set or revise quota only if he or she has users reporting to him or her.
