How can I update a CRM record?

You can update a record in the record's Deep Dive view.

Follow these steps to update a record:
  1. Log in to your RM account.
  2. Open the required CRM record.
  3. Click the Deep Dive tab displayed in the right corner.
  4. Select the field to be updated.
  5. Enter the new field value.
  6. Click Save.
