The Connections feature enables users to define and manage relationships between records across different modules. Following connection types are used to build relationships between records:Connection Type: Admins can add a new Connection Type between any two modules by providing the primary and secondary connection labels and connection-specific properties. For example, Start Date.

- Primary Connection - ‘is son of’
- Secondary Connection - ‘is the father of
- Example: Contact A ‘worked at’ Org 1
- Primary Connection - ‘worked at’
- Secondary Connection - ‘employed

- Status - Inactive (if the end date is in the past)
Default Connections: The predefined default connections are used to simplify common use cases, such as linking contacts to organizations or defining relationships between contacts.
