Follow these steps to change the primary email address of a user:
- Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click the Settings button.
- Look for the User Management section.
- Select Users.
- Click on the user record whose email address you want to change.
- Click the Edit icon.
- Enter the new email address in the Primary Email field.
- Click Save.
- Click OK to send the verification email to the new email address.
A verification link will be sent to the user's newly added email address. Users must click the verification link in the email to verify the email address.
