How do I suspend a user in the CRM?

 Follow these steps to suspend a user:
  1. Log in to your CRM account.
  2. Click the User Menu on the top right corner of the CRM screen.
  3. Click Settings. The settings page opens. 
  4. Look for the User Management section.
  5. Select Users. The Users page opens.
  6. Hover on the user that you want to suspend.
  7. Click the More icon.
  8. Select the Suspend User option.
  9. Click Yes to confirm.
  10. Enter or select the following information to handle reportees and assigned records for suspended users:
    1. Transfer Reportees: If the suspended user has reportees, transfer their supervision to another user:
      1. Select a user from the Transfer Reports To dropdown.
      2. The Reports To field in the reportees' records will update to reflect the new supervisor.
    2. Transfer Assigned RecordsWhen Suspending a user, you must transfer the records that are assigned to them.
      1. Enable the Transfer all records checkbox to transfer the user’s records.
      2. Use the Select Modules field to specify which modules’ records you want to transfer.
      3. Select the new owner from the Transfer records to this user dropdown.
      4. Enable the Transfer closed records checkbox to include closed records in the transfer.
  11. Click Save to finalize the transfer.
