How is billing calculated for users added after the subscription starts?

When new users are added between billing cycles, a pro-rated charge is applied for that period and included in the following month's invoice.

Follow the below steps to calculate the prorata charge for adding new users to a yearly subscription:

1. Divide the number of days the user is active by the total number of days in the year to get the daily rate.
2. Multiply the daily rate by the number of days remaining until the annual renewal date to get the prorata charge.
