What are the different user types in Vtiger CRM?

Vtiger CRM provides the following user types:
  1. Light Agent - Limited access; read-only or basic interaction. Ideal for support staff.
  2. Single App User - Access limited to one application/module (e.g., surveys or time trackers).
  3. Admin User - Full access to all CRM modules, configurations, and settings.
  4. Platform User - Restricted to VTAP apps and mobile interfaces only; no web interface access.
