How do I reply to messages with Vtiger Live Chats?

Follow these steps to reply to a message: 

1. Log in to the CRM.
2. Click the main Menu.
3. Go to Conversations.
4. Click Live Chats. The Live Chat console opens.
5. Look for new messages from Twitter in the Chat. The Chat window opens.
6. Start typing your message.
7. Click Send.                                                                                                                   

The message will be sent to the respective chat.
