How do I configure Tata Tele Business services in Vtiger CRM?

 Follow these steps to configure Tata Tele Business Services:

  1. Log in to CRM.
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Search for Phone Configuration.
  4. Click +Add Gateway.
  5. Search for Smartflo from the gateway drop-down.
  6. Copy the status_call back URL.
  7. Paste the URL into the Smartflo account.
  8. Copy the incoming_call back URL.
  9. Paste the URL into the Smartflo account.
