How do I duplicate email templates?

Follow these steps to duplicate an email:

  1. Log in to CRM.
  2. Go to Main Menu and select Marketing.
  3. Select Email Templates under Sales Enablement.
  4. Select the email template that you would want to duplicate. The system takes you to Details page.
  5. Click the more icon at the right side of the screen.
  6. Click on the Duplicate icon.
  7. Edit the following details:
    1. Template name: Enter the name of the template.
    2. Module: Select the Module from the given dropdown.
    3. Subject: Enter the subject.
    4. Assigned To: Select the assignee name from the dropdown.
    5. Edit the email body section.
    6. Select the Source code icon to edit using HTML source code.
    7. To merge tags: Place the cursor at the desired location in the body or subject to insert merge a tag. The system displays an alert if the cursor is not placed properly.
  8. Click Preview to see how the detailed email template looks.
  9. Click Save.
