How do I duplicate email templates?
Follow these steps to duplicate an email:
- Log in to CRM.
- Go to Main Menu and select Marketing.
- Select Email Templates under Sales Enablement.
- Select the email template that you would want to duplicate. The system takes you to Details page.
- Click the more icon at the right side of the screen.
- Click on the Duplicate icon.
- Edit the following details:
- Template name: Enter the name of the template.
- Module: Select the Module from the given dropdown.
- Subject: Enter the subject.
- Assigned To: Select the assignee name from the dropdown.
- Edit the email body section.
- Select the Source code icon to edit using HTML source code.
- To merge tags: Place the cursor at the desired location in the body or subject to insert merge a tag. The system displays an alert if the cursor is not placed properly.
- Click Preview to see how the detailed email template looks.
- Click Save.
