Zoho Mail allows you to prevent fraudulent usage of display names by setting up Display Name Spoofing policies. This ensures that only specific email addresses are allowed to use a particular display name, helping reduce phishing risks.
Example:
If your CEO’s email is
[email protected], you can configure the policy so that if an email with the display name CEO comes from any other address, it will be flagged and handled based on the action you set.
