How do I check if a user has opted to receive emails in Vtiger CRM?
To check a user’s email preference in Vtiger CRM:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Go to the relevant module (e.g., Contacts, Leads).
- Open a record.
- Click Details. The Details page opens.
- Look for the email opt-in field:
- If the checkbox is checked, it means the user does not want to receive emails.
- If the checkbox is unchecked, it means the user can receive emails.
