To add DNS records in Vtiger CRM, follow these steps:

Log in to your CRM.
Click the Main Menu.
Go to the Settings.
Click Email Settings under the Configuration tab.
Click Edit.
Select your Server Type.
Add a DNS record to your domain.
Click Save.
