Yes. You can view all emails related to a record in the
Touchpoints section. This includes both sent and received emails, even those sent by other users, giving you a complete view of communications linked to that record.
Follow these steps to view the email related to a record:
- Log in to the CRM.
- Open the module (for example, Contacts, Organizations, Deals, etc.).
- Click on the record you want to view emails.
- Click Filter.
- Enable the Customer Touchpoint > Email filter.
The email details related to that record will be displayed.
