How do I edit or remove the email footer in Vtiger?

To edit or remove the email footer in Vtiger CRM, go to the Email Footer settings within the Email Settings configuration. 
Follow the steps below to edit or remove email footer:

  1. Log in to the CRM.
  2. Go to the User menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Click Settings. The settings page opens.
  4. Navigate to Configuration > Email Settings.
  5. On the Email Settings page, click the Edit icon.
  6. Scroll down to the Email Footer section.
  7. Enter or select the following details:
    1. Include Email Footer: Disable this option if you don't want to include an email footer.
    2. Email Footer Text: Delete the text that you don't want to appear in the footer.
  8. Click Save.
Note: The Powered by Vtiger footer cannot be removed in the One Pilot edition.
